OUR IMPACT
ATM Monitoring and Evaluation Approach
There are two good reasons why we make your monitoring and evaluation more structured. The first and most important reason is that it helps us evaluate how effective our efforts are and what we could do to make them more effective. The second reason is that people who give out funds increasingly expect it.
In particular, monitoring and evaluation help us:
1) Make sure that what we are doing is effective.
2) Improve our work and identify things that aren't working.
3) Adapt what we are doing if the situation changes.
4) Provide evidence to funders or potential funders that what we are doing is working.
